"GESTAPO" CUBANA ACOSANDO.

ESTO NO HA TERMINADO.

Ayer 2 de Julio, Ariel fue liberado con la estúpida excusa de ser “Maniaco depresivo”. Y no importa la excusa: de sobra sabemos que la verdadera razón es que se vieron expuestos en su infinito sentido de la injusticia ante todo el planeta, que Ariel tuvo más coraje que todos ellos juntos, que no lo pudieron doblegar,  que todos pusimos nuestras voces ¡Y SE NOS HA ESCUCHADO!
No nos escuchó el regimen cubano (bien sabemos cuan sordo es ante la razón y la justicia en Cuba. ¡Nos escuchó la Comunidad Libre Internacional!

Ya no está tan aislada la verdad en la Isla como lo estuvo bajo el gobierno de los Castro. Hoy las voces de los hombres libres, cubanos y no cubanos, pesan mucho más que entonces y juntos damos la presión que ningún régimen puede aguantar. Pero siempre hay sabuesos aislados que no tienen capacidad de raciocinio (los pobres animalitos rabiosos) y hoy andan buscando a quien morder, ya habituados a ello...

En el día de ayer, mientras recogía a Ariel en el Hospital, han citado a interrogatorio a Oscar Antonio Casanella, uno de los mejores amigos de Ariel y Omara. Oscar asistió en el pasado a una de las audiencias que se realizaron en contra de Ariel para expulsarlo de la Universidad y por apoyar a Ariel fue sancionado y expulsado de su trabajo (después de 12 años de desempeño intachable) con la excusa de que utilizó su horario de trabajo para tal causa.

Oscar ha sido parte indisoluble del grupo de amigos que ha estado incondicionalmente apoyando la justa causa por la liberación de Ariel Ruiz Urquiola. Ha acompañado y apoyado a su hermana Omara durante estos momentos difíciles, con su enfermedad y con el caso de Ariel. Ha ido a visitarlo a la prisión en Pinar del Río, intentó llevarle las misivas de todos los que pudimos escribirle para convencer a Ariel de que cediera con la huelga, puedo todos coincidimos que era más valioso vivo para la causa (el envío de estas misivas fue impedido por un operativo del G2 y denunciado en este Blog). Por supuesto, Oscar viajó ayer 3 de julio junto con Omara a comprobar que Ariel fue liberado. Ha denunciando cada abuso y atropello cometido contra esa familia durante todo este tiempo. Ha expuesto a tiempo con voz clara y alta cada paso que el régimen ha tomado injustamente para acallar y acabar con Ariel. Oscar ha sido una de esas voces sin rostro que grita verdades y defiende los hechos.

Pues bien, en horas de la mañana de este 4 de julio de 2018, Oscar va a ser interrogado por la Seguridad del Estado Cubana. Se le entregó a su esposa una citación (adjunta al final de este artículo) que carece de validez legal por presentar mayúsculos errores:

1. La citación no fue entregada con al menos 72 horas de antelación (muestra de lo atropellado de la situación. Quizás están apurados para intimidarlo o enviar intimidación a Ariel. Como ya mencioné: no tienen capacidad de raciocinio como para darse cuente de que NADA va a intimidar a Ariel ni a ninguno de nosotros).
2. La citación no contiene ni el nombre completo del Guardia Rural... ¡perdón! Quise decir, del interrogador o citante ni su cargo solo dice "Eliot"(lo cual no es raro, ya sabemos que tienen miedo. Si ponen su nombre es porque no hay nada que temer... y ellos saben cuánto crimen hay en estas persecuciones estilo GESTAPO. En vez de Eliot, pudo haber puesto "Pepito el de los cuentos" y tendría aún más validez).
3. La citación no contiene la completa dirección del citado (ni siquiera saben la dirección postal, pero saben donde vive, prueba de que han tenido la casa bajo acecho todo este tiempo).
4. El objetivo de la citación es "Entrevista", lo cual no es un motivo legal. La posible acusación en contra de Oscar en caso de no presentarse a tal cita, sería “Denegación de Auxilio”. A no ser que vayan a acusar a Oscar de haberse negado a auxiliar al G2 en algún ataque contra las Damas de Blanco (debo confesar que soy un ignorante cuando se trata de documentos cínicos, sin valor ni importancia).
5. La citación no fue firmada por alguien (en lo que a mí respecta, se puede tratar de un caso de intento de secuestro por parte de alguna “brigada de acción rápida”, como le llaman los comunistas cubanos a las turbas subvencionadas por el gobierno para reprimir a los disidentes).

Le hubiese aconsejado que no fuese, pero es que no hay temor cuando la verdad está de por medio. 
A pesar de tanta irregularidad, Oscar ha decidido ir a este interrogatorio a ver que carajos quieren ahora. Nos mantendremos vigilantes. ¡¡¡Ni una víctima más!!!
Aquí estaremos Oscar. Ve sin miedo. ¡¡¡El miedo es de ellos!!!

Yesterday July 2nd, Ariel was released by the regime with the stupid excuse to be "Depressive Maniac". And no matter the excuse: we know that the real reason is that they were exposed in their infinite sense of injustice to the entire planet. That Ariel had more courage than all of them together, that they could not break it, that all of us put our voices, AND WE HAVE BEEN HEARD!Not by the regime, we all know they are deft to reason and justice. We have been heard by the Free Community!!!

The regime has learned that the truth of the island is no longer as isolated as it used to be  under the rule of the Castros. Today the voices of free men, Cuban and non-Cuban, weigh much more than then. And together we give the pressure that no regime can endure! But there are always isolated hounds that have no capacity for reasoning (the poor rabid animals) and today they are looking for someone to bite, already used to it ...

 Yesterday, while picking up Ariel at the hospital, Oscar Antonio Casanella, one of Ariel and Omara Ruíz's best friends, was questioned. Oscar attended in the past one of the hearings that were held against Ariel to expel him from the University. For supporting Ariel he was sanctioned and expelled from his job.
 He learned the regime that is no longer as isolated the truth of the island as it
was under the rule of the Castros. Today the voices of free men, Cuban and
non-Cuban, weigh much more than then. And together we give the pressure that no
regime can endure! But there are always isolated hounds that have no capacity
for reasoning (the poor rabid animals) and today they are looking for someone
to bite, already used to it ...
Oscar has been an indivisible part of the group of friends who have been unconditionally supporting the just cause for the release of Ariel Ruiz Urquiola. He has accompanied and supported his sister Omara during these difficult times, with his illness and with the case of his brother. He went to visit him at the prison in Pinar Del Rio, tried to take the letters of all those who could write to convince Ariel to give up the strike, since he was more valuable alive for the cause (the sending of these missives was prevented by an operative of the G2. Denounced in this Blog at that time). Of course, Oscar traveled with Omara to pick up Ariel yesterday when he was released. He has denounced every abuse committed against that family during all this time. To exposed in time with clear and high voice every step that the regime has taken unjustly to silence and finish with Ariel. Oscar has been one of those faceless voices that shouts truths and defends the facts.

Well, in the morning of this July 4, 2018, Oscar will be questioned by the Cuban State 

Security. His wife was given a citation (attached at the end of this article) that has no legal 

validity due to the presence of major errors:

1. The citation was not delivered with at least 72
hours in advance (a sign of the situation being run over, perhaps they are in a
hurry to intimidate or send intimidation to Ariel.) As I mentioned, they do not
have the capacity of reasoning to be aware of that NOTHING is going to
intimidate Ariel or any of us).

2. The citation does not contain the full name of the
Rural Guard ... sorry! I meant, of the interrogator or citing person, not even
his office says "Eliot" (which is not strange, we already know they
are afraid.) If they put their name, it is because there is nothing to fear ...
and they know how much crime there is in these persecutions style GESTAPO
instead of Eliot, could have put "Pepito the one of the stories" and
would have even more validity).

3. The citation does not contain the complete
address of the cited. (They do not even know the mailing address, but they know
where he lives: Proof that they've had the house stalked all this time).

4. The reason for the "Denial of Help" citation is not legal. Unless they are going to accuse 

Oscar of having refused to help the G2 in some of their attacks against the pacific dissidents 

known as Ladies in White. (I must confess that I am ignorant when it comes to cynical 

documents, without value or importance).

5. The summons was not signed by anyone (As far
as I am concerned, it may be a case of kidnapping attempted by some "quick

action brigade", as the Cuban communists call the mobs subsidized by the
government to repress dissidents). 

I would have advised him not to go, but there is no fear when the truth is in the way. 

Despite such irregularity, Oscar has decided to go to this interrogation to see what the 

hell they want now. We will remain vigilant.

Not one more victim!!!! 

Fear belongs to them!!!
